Tamil Nadu’s business economy has been agrarian recorded history and is the positive producer of bananas, tapioca, sugarcane, rice. It has vast literatures with wide urbanisation. Tamil Nadu is located at the southern tip of the country in 1.3 lakh sq km, and the 3 major industries are automobiles, garments and heavy industries with Salem & Chennai cover powerhouses, Coimbatore, Tirupur and Erode includes the textiles sector with Traditional textile-related such as handloom weaving and silk are at Kancheepuram and Arani.

Also a developing tourism industry contributes big share to the country’s income. With 3 ports at Chennai, Ennore and Tuticorin and 6 minor ports.

Automobile industry is the very big industry here having a important role in the growth of the nation and Tamilnadu. There are big auto giants like Mahindra, Tata, MRF tires and tires India that has plants in our state as many householders have a two wheeler here.
